MissMaryMac - Creamy Shrimp Fettuccine
1/2 Pound Shrimp, peeled, deveined, tail off (Cooked or Uncooked)
1 Package Shirataki Noodles, Fettuccini
1 Cup Fat-Free Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Skim Milk (or Soy Milk)
3/4 Cup Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 6oz Cans Mushrooms, sliced
1/2 Cup Onion, green, chopped

Directions:
- Remove Shirataki noodles from package and cook by boiling in water
- Remove noodles, drain and pat VERY dry with paper towels
- In food processor, add cottage cheese, milk, parmesan - blend until smooth
- In a skillet, combine Old Bay and Water and bring to a boil
- Add Shrimp to warm (if uncooked shrimp, cook until they are pink)
- Drain liquid off shrimp and dry sdofr
- In skillet, add butter, mushrooms, onions, and saute until cooked, stir often
- Reduce heat, add shrimp and cottage cheese mixture
- Cook, stirring gently for 2-5 minutes untl heated all the way through
- Serve over Shirataki Noodles
