MissMaryMac - Shrimp & Pea Salad

This is just a quick, simple salad I love to make when I'm in a hurry.
I like to serve it with one or two of the Kitchen Table Baker cheese crisps
for a little crunch and more protein.

32oz Shrimp (1 pound cooked, deveined, tail off, cut in chunks)
1/2 Cup Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup Trader Joes 2% Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Frozen Peas
6 Slices Turkey Bacon (crisp and cut in tiny pieces)
2 Tbsp Walden Farms Sugar-Free Cocktail Sauce
Black Pepper to taste

Options:
Add chopped onions, garlic, black olives (not include in nutritional info below)

Directions:
- Cook the turkey bacon until crisp
- Cut Shrimp into chunks and top with bacon
- Add everything else and combine well
- Chill and serve

8 Servings:
Calories 186 | Fat 6g | Carbs 2g | Protein 27g

10 Servings:
Calories 149 | Fat 5g | Carbs 1.5g | Protein 22
